Absolutely! Our Standard Plans are designed to suit the needs of most businesses and include all the things required to keep the lights on and increase the technological capabilities of Breakwater IT customers. We offer a vast range of services as standalone or additional to standard packages.

Absolutely you can. We would encourage all of our customers to explore options and inclusions they may not have heard of or may not have had before. Downgrading is a little more complex due to the plans being based around business risk and public exposure levels, please reach out to Breakwater IT to discuss options.

Breakwater IT pride themselves on being active and engaged community members. As such we do offer special rates, plans and support for Not For Profit business and community organisations.

24/7 Plans are available at a surcharged rate. Please discuss suitability and pricing with Breakwater IT. Ad-Hoc After Hours support is charged at an hourly rate for customers on a standard plan.

This is not an unusual circumstance and one we would expect to be occurring for a lot of our customers. Our flexible billing structure allows us to scale and reduce plans month by month.
